Youth Initiatives Towards a Knowledge Society by Enabling Civil Society
Youth Think Tank “Youth of Today Leaders of Tomorrow” – Feb 2011 – Oct 2012
Starting with the idea “Our Youth, Our True Wealth”, Al-Aghar Group launched a Youth Think Tank program under the slogan “Youth of Today Leaders of Tomorrow”, piloted in Jeddah during the period Feb 2011 – Oct 2012. This initiative incorporated 27 ambitious, committed and process driven youth age groups (16-28yrs). During the program regular sessions took place with a diverse group of prominent knowledge society leaders & speakers.
In conclusion a report entitled “Youth Initiatives Towards a Knowledge Society by Enabling Civil Society”, was produced to summarize outcomes of the various discussions and deliberations between the youth and thought leaders.
