The Kingdom should not delay the development of its society and economy especially regarding knowledge; rather we must leverage our strengths to be able to leap-frog ahead of other nations. The importance of knowledge is deeply-seated in our belief and is also the key to closing the gap between us and other nations that have preceded the Kingdom in Knowledge creation and development.
