- Setting out visions and preparing strategic studies on social, cultural and economic issues.
- Conducting studies on national social and economic issues in addition to international issues affecting Saudi Arabia.
- Preparing studies that contribute to organizing Saudi labor market and human resources development.
- Preparing and supporting specialized studies to create suitable atmosphere for transforming the kingdom into a knowledge society.
- Organizing and engaging stakeholders in workshops, meetings and seminars with the participation of national and international experts.
- Building and preparing national expertise for strategic thinking.
Management Structure
Project Management Structure
Project steering committee, head, coordinator and team are appointed by PSC with specific terms and deliverables. The projects are managed with full authority and accountability but will be governed by Al-Aghar Group project management methodology and quality. This is accomplished with the CEO being represented in the project steering committee and having regular meetings with the project director/head to coordinate administrative matters.
All projects of Al-Aghar Group are ‘outsourced’ and assigned to special team (partners) but implemented with Al-Aghar Group methodology and meets its quality.
