To achieve the vision of balanced development, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must seek to diversify its economy. This development should come through empowering other sectors of the economy parallel to the oil and petro chemicals sectors, which the Kingdom has a clear competitive advantage whilst trying to maximize their economic return.
Diversification of the Kingdom’s economy can focus on; industry, tourism and high added value services with the need to transform the Kingdom into a regional hub for information technology & communications. This study aims to develop strategies to improve the investment environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and unleash the potential of the business sector and the Saudi youth.
